Farnsworth Roofing was selected to carry out the roof replacement at Waiwhakaiho Road, delivering a complete roofing upgrade across the property. The existing Decramastic tile roof was removed and new purlins were installed to accommodate the change to a long-run roofing system. This provided a solid and compliant base for the new roofing installation. The works included the installation of new long-run roofing iron, providing a strong and low-maintenance solution suited to the environment. Enviroclad membrane was also installed to key areas to ensure a robust, weather-tight finish, along with a new skylight to enhance natural light within the building.

The project was carefully managed from start to finish, resulting in a modern, durable roofing system designed for long-term performance.
