Farnsworth Roofing was selected as the roofing contractor for this significant project, working alongside Cleland’s Construction as the principal contractor. As part of a wider site masterplan, this 1,390m² office and seminar facility brings together several ageing buildings into one modern, purpose-built workplace. The new facility provides an improved environment for staff and visitors while supporting the organisation’s current operations and future growth. The project was developed through a collaborative process involving key stakeholders, consultants and local iwi. Careful consideration was given to the site’s history, character and surrounding landscape, resulting in a facility that is both functional and thoughtfully integrated into its setting.
With a focus on sustainability, longevity and practical design, the project incorporates durable, low-maintenance materials and thoughtful solutions designed to meet the organisation’s needs well into the future. The finished facility provides a high-quality, functional workplace that supports staff, enhances day-to-day operations and delivers long-term value for the client.
