Farnsworth Roofing was engaged as the roofing contractor for the partial re-roof of the Rata Street workshop, located behind Farmlands, completing works to 8 bays of the existing workshop building. We carried out a carefully staged roofing upgrade that included the replacement of existing roofing and the incorporation of alternating clear sheets to improve natural light within the workspace, while maintaining durability and weather protection across the structure.
The result is a more functional and well-lit workshop environment that supports day-to-day operations, improves working conditions and extends the long-term performance of the building.
