The former Atkinson Building on Devon Street West underwent a full transformation, led by Cleland’s Construction. As part of the works, Farnsworth Roofing installed a new roofing system to support the upgraded structure.

Our work formed part of a wider project that included seismic strengthening, a new exterior façade, and a complete interior refurbishment delivering a modernised and strengthened building.

Ngāmotu House has been transformed into a vibrant hub of workspaces, bringing together iwi operations, local businesses, and community partners under one roof. The modern interior fit-out delivers flexible, high-quality office environments designed to foster collaboration, strengthen cultural connection, and support commercial growth.

The korowai façade represents Rongoueroa, a respected Te Atiawa ancestress, offering a visual expression of protection, integrity, and mana.
