Farnsworth Roofing was selected to carry out the roof replacement at Frankley Road, delivering a full re-roof solution following the discovery of asbestos-containing Decramastic tiles.

The existing roofing material tested positive for asbestos and was safely removed by a certified asbestos removal company prior to commencement of our works. Once the site was cleared, Farnsworth Roofing installed pink batt insulation to improve thermal performance and energy efficiency.

To accommodate the new roofing system, purlins were installed to support the long-run iron. The project was completed with the installation of new roofing iron and Customline Quad spouting, providing a durable, weather-tight, and modern roofing upgrade.

 

The result is a safer, more efficient roofing system designed to perform in New Zealand conditions for years to come.
