Farnsworth Roofing was selected to complete the roof replacement at Byron Place, delivering a full upgrade to improve durability, performance, and long-term weather protection.

The existing Decramastic tile roof was removed, allowing for a complete transition to a modern long-run roofing system. To support the new profile, purlins were installed to provide the correct structure and spacing required for the installation of long-run iron.

The works included the supply and installation of new roofing iron, providing a strong, low-maintenance solution suited to the property. Enviroclad membrane was also installed to key areas, ensuring a high level of waterproofing and a clean, reliable finish.

The project was completed with careful attention to detail, resulting in a durable and modern roofing system built to perform in New Zealand conditions.
